How to delete your account

Send a deletion request to support@chronur.app from the email address associated with your Chronur account, with the subject line “Delete my account.”

We verify the request against the account email, then permanently delete your account. You'll get a confirmation email once it's done.

• Verification & processing: within 7 days of your request
• Full deletion completed: within 30 days of your request

You can also delete the app from your device at any time — this immediately erases everything stored locally on that device, independent of your account deletion request.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account itself — email, name, login credentials
• All alarms and alarm configurations
• Your schedule — habits, tasks, and events
• Sleep session history (scores, disruption events, movement data)
• Focus session history
• Energy check-ins and energy history
• Screen time / app usage history stored in your account
• AI assistant conversation history
• App settings and preferences tied to your account

This data is deleted from our production database and cannot be recovered afterward.

What's retained, and for how long

• Billing and transaction records(e.g. subscription payment history) may be retained for up to 7 years where we're legally required to keep them for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. This data is disconnected from your deleted profile wherever possible.
• Encrypted backups of our database may retain your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is purged as backups roll over.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics (e.g. overall usage counts) may be retained indefinitely, but can no longer be tied back to you or your account.

We do not retain sleep, focus, schedule, or conversation content beyond the periods above.
